A variety of native trees were installed in order to diversify a community dominated by black cherry and red maple and native shrubs were installed at the lower entrance to the property. The trees and shrubs that were newly planted included: hemlock, white pine, red pine, spruce, white oak, black oak, tulip poplar, white dogwood, red-twig dogwood, mountain laurel, arrowood, rhodendron, spirea and bayberry. The two series of pictures below displays some of the newly planted material.
